do you offer refunds and exchanges on orders?

Currently, Klub Nine does not offer any refunds or exchanges on orders. Before an order is placed, it is crucial that you pay close attention to all details or ask any questions as all sales are final. For any reason, Klub Nine is at fault, we ask that you submit a claim by emailing us at info@klubnine.com within 7 days of receiving your item associated with your order number in order for the case to be reviewed.

how long will it take before my order is shipped to me?

We ask that you please allow 3-5 business days for an order to be shipped out. While we do try to make every effort to ship orders out within that time frame, there may be an instance of processing delays outside of our control which do not allow us to make guarantees on shipping dates.

What happens if i enter an incorrect address at the time of purchase?

If there are changes that need to be made to a shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, we cannot guarantee that a change will be made. Order processing begins immediately and your shipping label would have already been created; therefore, making it unable to be changed. If this occurs, please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.

What should i do if my package is lost?

If there is adequate reasoning to believe that your package has been misplaced by USPS, please contact USPS directly to file a USPS lost claim that can be found here. You can also contact info@klubnine.com with your order number and the USPS Case Code so we can assist you further.

Klub Nine is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure that the carrier locates your package. For all claims regarding lost/stolen packages, please email info@klubnine.com within 7 days of delivery receipt.

can I change the color or add to my order?

Unfortunately, all orders are final sale once submitted and may not be changed, canceled, or updated.
